Orange Elephant Studios, in collaboration with Dot Media, is set to revolutionise digital storytelling with India’s first-ever Vertical Micro Fiction Web Series. Inspired by the explosive success of K-Dramas and Chinese Micro Fiction apps, this groundbreaking format caters to today’s fast-paced digital audience with gripping, short-form storytelling designed for vertical viewing on smartphones.

The series is created by Afroz Khan and Omkar Phatak, who have mastered the art of micro-fiction storytelling. These shows demand a highly specialised writing style—grabbing attention from the very first second, keeping viewers engaged with unexpected twists, and leaving them desperate for more with powerful cliffhanger endings. Achieving this level of storytelling precision is a rare feat, making this series a snack-able content piece that goes out on reels and lands on millions of viewers Instagram accounts for free.

This is India’s First Micro Fiction Web Series of a Massive Scale without the backing of brands or advertisers. The creator of the show Afroz Khan said “Making content without the S&Ps of a brand is a privilege that one must savour whenever possible, it could mean that you front the production yourself but at least there’s liberty of thought…”.

The show features Sakshi Keswani, a leading digital content creator, alongside Akshay Anand Kohli, a theatre veteran and acting coach. The cast also includes Kiann and Sakshi Sneh in critical roles.
