The film was earlier slated for December 2023 release, but now it’s been pushed to January 2024.
Merry Christmas is a thriller film directed by Sriram Raghavan, who co-wrote the film with Arijit Biswas, Pooja Ladha Surti and Anukriti Pandey. It is produced by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Turani, Sanjay Routray and Gewal Garg under Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures. The film was simultaneously shot in Hindi and Tamil.
The music is composed by Pritam, while the background score, cinematography and editing are handled by Daniel B. George, Madhu Neelakandan and Pooja Ladha Surti, respectively.
The film alos stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Gayathrie, Pratima Kazmi, Tinnu Anand, Shanmugarajan, Kavin Jay Babu, Rajesh Williams, Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte. Merry Christmas is scheduled to release on 12 January 2024.
