Madhur Bhandarkar Celebrates One Year of Babli Bouncer

Mumbai, 23rd September 2023 (Newshelpline) - Released on Disney+ Hotstar, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar’s slice of life comic caper, Babli Bouncer, first ever Indian movie based on female bouncer, has clocked a year of its release, and filmmaker pens a powerful note.

The film was highly appreciated for the story and performance of South superstar Tamannaah Bhatia. The film follows the journey of Babli, a street-smart woman who becomes a bouncer at a nightclub. With its mix of thrilling action and comedic moments, the movie explores themes of empowerment and resilience.

 

Narrated by Vijay Raaz, the film also starred Abhishek Bajaj, Sahil Vaid, Saanand Verma, Saurabh Shukla, Supriya Shukla, Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, Mukesh Tyagi, Karan Singh Chhabra, Khabir Mehta, Yamini Das, Upasna Singh, Ashwini Kalsekar, Rajesh Khera, Priyam Saha, Ankit Mohan, and Anushka Lohar.
