Egypt: President El-Sisi Arrives in New Delhi to Participate in India’s Republic Day Celebrations

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in New Delhi to participate, as a guest of honor, in India's Republic Day celebrations.

The President was received by senior statesmen and members of the Egyptian embassy in India.

The Spokesperson for the Presidency said that President El-Sisi's invitation, as the main guest of honor to this event, reflects the great rapprochement between the two countries and the deep appreciation that India has for Egypt's leadership, government and people, as well as India's deep interest.
