Kenya: Ministry prioritizes welfare for Human Resources for Health

Principal Secretary Ministry of Health, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards Dr. Josephine Mburu has today met staff from the Kenya Health Human Resource Advisory Council (KHHRAC) to explore strategies of improving welfare for Human Resource for Health.

The PS said the Ministry in conjunction with other stakeholders will review distribution and work practice to improve professional discipline and establish standards for healthcare workers’ management to ensure patient-friendly services.
