Government would like to express her condolences on the tragic passing of Mayiwane Member of Parliament Hon. Gcina Mcebo Dlamini, who passed away in a car accident in the early hours of Monday, 16 January 2023.

As the youngest Member of the House of Assembly, Hon. Dlamini had a bright future ahead of him. His passing is a loss not only to his family, friends and colleagues, but to the entire Eswatini Nation. He will surely be missed.

Government sends strength to his family, friends, colleagues and Mayiwane constituents during this difficult period and urges the entire Nation to put the Dlamini family in their prayers as they face this sad reality.

May Hon. Dlamini's soul rest in eternal peace.
