Amazon Prime Video has been going super aggressive when it comes to acquiring big ticket South Indian films. They recently bagged KGF 2 and now, Ponniyin Selvan.
As per latest reports, Amazon Prime has also acquired upcoming Tamil biggies like Dhanush’s Captain Miller and Sivakarthikeyan’s Maaveeran. These two films were acquired for around Rs 38 crores each by Amazon Prime which is a pretty upscale number.
These films will premiere on Amazon Prime Video weeks after their theatrical release.
