Helmed by Surender Reddy, and bankrolled by AK Entertainments and Surrender 2 Cinema, the film will see Akhil playing the role of a spy.
Malayalam star Mammootty will be seen in a crucial role and Sakshi Vaidya has been brought on the board to play the female lead.
Akhil and Surender Reddy film Agent is slated to hit the theatres on 12th August 2022 on the occasion of Independence day.
