New Delhi, July 7 (SocialNews.XYZ) After the repatriation of Sushil Kumar to CBDT, Prashant Kumar has been given the additional charge of Special Director of Enforcement (SDE), Western Region in the Enforcement Directorate.
As per an ED administrative order, this follows the repatriation of Sushil Kumar, IRS (IT-1993), Special Director, Western Region from the post of Special Director of Enforcement to his parent cadre in Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). This was issued on Tuesday (July 6) by the Department of Revenue, Government of India.
The order said the charge of SDE, Western Region, is assigned to his Link Officer Prashant Kumar, Special Director, Southern Region as additional charge in addition to his present charge with immediate effect and until further orders.
This issues with the approval of the Director, the Directorate of Enforcement, the order said.
