​Beau Ranveer Singh played perfect host for Deepika Padukone's birthday bash

Deepika Padukone celebrated her 35th birthday yesterday. In the morning, she and Ranveer Singh had an intimate breakfast date and in the evening the couple celebrated her birthday with close friends from the industry.

The uber stylish couple always manages to impress with their stylish look and they were looking classic yesterday too. They both were seen twinning in black for the occasion. The party was attended by Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Madhu Mantena, Rohan Shrestha and others.

The actress was flooded with birthday wishes from her friends and fans all over the world. Post her celebration, she shared a video on her social media thanking everyone for all the love and wrote, "The journey has been nothing short of incredible...& for that I've got my family, friends and all of you to thank!"

Recently, the actress deleted all her posts on instagram and started afresh on the NEW YEAR with her audio diary, a record of her thoughts and her feelings.

On the work front, Deepika will be seen playing Ranveer's wife in the film '83. She will be seen playing the role of Romi Bhatia, Kapil Dev's wife in the film while Ranveer will be essaying the role of Kapil Dev in the much awaited film which will focus on the country's incredible cricket World Cup victory in 1983. The film also stars Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Sahil Khattar, Nishant Dahiya and Amrita Puri.

She will also be seen in Shakun Batra's next untitled film which also stars Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
