MX Player Drops The First Look And Teaser Of High

Well, the whole country is talking about drugs these days! The whole of Bollywood is under the radar of NCB while some A-listers like Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh's name have already been in the upfront. In such a scenario, what better way to release a web series that focuses on DRUGS! MX player is coming up with a new crime drama 'HIGH' which will release on 7th October.

Shweta Basu Prasad who will feature in the show shared the teaser of the show and wrote, "Ready to take a trip down the HIGH lane? My next web series High is all set to release on 7th October. Check out the teaser."

Nothing major has been revealed about the show, however, the name, logo and teaser surely indicate that the story will revolve around drugs. The series has been directed by Nikhil Rao and produced by Jamic Films. The star cast includes Ranvir Shorey, Akshay Oberoi, Nakul Bhalla, Shweta Basu Prasad, Prakash Belawadi, Mrinmayee Godbole, Kunal Naik.

The series is all set to stream on MX Player from 7th October.

While, Shweta Basu Prasad will soon be seen in 'Comedy Couple' which will release on Zee5 on 21 October. The film is based on a story by Bikas Mishra and is directed by Nachiket Samant and produced by Yoodlee Films. Saqib Saleem will be seen alongside her in the film.

She will also be seen in 'Serious Men' directed by Sudhir Mishra.The film is based on the book by Manu Joseph. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is playing the lead in the film which is produced by Bombay Fables and Cineraas Entertainment. Film is all set to release on Netflix on 2 october, 2020.
