Our actors pour in lots and lots of hard work for each character they portray on screen. They get into the soul of the character before they essay it on the big screen.
Actors transforming their bodies for a role isn't a new concept but a lot of gruelling training sessions and rigid eating plans goes behind that chiselled look. Saqib Saleem recently shared his transformation from playing the role of Jimmy Amarnath to Riyaz Pathan and it would leave you awe-struck!
Sharing the transformation in his physique for the two roles, the actor shared a collage and wrote, "From Jimmy Amarnath to Riyaz Pathan #transformation #actors life #83thefilm #crackdown."
Well, Saqib will be seen playing the role of cricketer Jimmy Amarnath in Kabir Khan's '83 and he is currently seen as Riyaz Pathan in the web show 'Crackdown' which is streaming on Voot Select. Both the roles required different physique and he is surely seen doing justice to both the roles. One can see a huge tranformation in his body shape.
'Crackdown' released on 23rd September on Voot Select and Saqib is getting praises from everyone for his portrayal of Riyaz Pathan in the show.
Meanwhile, he will soon be seen in 'Comedy Couple' which will release on Zee5 on 21 October. The film is based on a story by Bikas Mishra and is directed by Nachiket Samant and produced by Yoodlee Films. Shweta Basu Prasad will be seen along side him in the film.
