Suicide is a global public health issue. It’s very important to make people aware of mental illness. Actor Ridhi Dogra on ‘World Suicide Prevention Day’ penned down a few words on her Instagram.

Ridhi is quite active on social media to stays connected with her fans. Motivating her fans, she said that things are not constant, they are ever-changing. And one should feel proud about whatever they are in life.

Ridhi on her Instagram wrote, “This is me. Feeling blessed and grateful. There is another me too. Who feels scared and miserable. So, I wanna tell you - You are not constant. You are ever changing. When the fear fades away and the demons give up. You will still be here. In the center of life's haul. I hope you allow yourself to just be. Forgive yourself and stand tall. You are already what you wish to be, and much more than that, when you feel you're not. You are the greatest adventure you will be on. And the world is here to witness it all. Meanwhile, on the work front, Ridhi, has done several TV shows, including 'Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak?', 'Savitri' and 'Woh Apna Sa', She was last in ‘Asur’, a crime thriller web series produced by Tanveer Bookwala of Ding Entertainment for the video on demand platform Voot.

The series stars Arshad Warsi and Barun Sobti. The series is set in current times and revolves around serial killings. Arshad Warsi made his web debut in this series. Ridhi was seen portraying the role of Nusrat Saeed (CBI Forensic Expert) in the series.
