Rhea Chakraborty files complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh and Delhi Based Doctor

Sushant Singh Rajput's case is taking shocking turns with each passing day and the case is getting complex. The latest update on the case being a complaint filed against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar (from RML Hospital, Delhi) for forging prescription for him. This FIR is filed by Rhea Chakraborty in Bandra Police Station and the copy of same has been sent to Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.

Rhea Chakraborty, post her visit to NCB office yesterday, went to the Bandra Police Station and has requested the Mumbai police to file an FIR against Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar and others under IPC, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act &Telemedicine Practice Guidelines for allegedly prescribing drugs to the actor without any consultations.

In her complaint, she has mentioned that the investigation needs to be probed in to know how they came to provide the late actor with such bogus and unlawful prescription. Last week, a whatsapp chat between Sushant and his sister on the 8th June came into surface where she asked him to take Librium for a week, Nexito every day and Lonazep for "whenever there is anxiety attack'. As per Rhea's complaint, these drugs cannot be prescribed electronically. This was the same day when Rhea had left Sushant's house.

Rhea was questioned for the second day by NCB yesterday who is trying to look at a 'drug related' angle in Sushant's death. The actress will be going again to their office today for the third time.
