Slowly the world is resuming back to the new normal and the entertainment industry is also set for its new releases and new announcements. After a long gap due to the lockdown, finally shooting of the films have resumed and makers are also announcing new projects, the latest being horror comedy 'Bhoot Police'.
Film Analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news about this and wrote, "IT'S OFFICIAL...#SaifAliKhan and #ArjunKapoor in horror comedy #BhootPolice...The duo will share screen space for the first time...Directed by Pavan Kirpalani..Produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri.. Filming begins 2020-end."
This movie was announced last year when the news came in that Saif Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Ali Fazal will be starring in this horror comedy 'Bhoot Police'. The latest update about the film is that film will star Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles. This will be the first time the duo will share screen together.
The film is being helmed by Pavan Kirpalani who has previously directed thrillers like 'Ragini MMS' and 'Phobia'. Film is being produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri. Shooting for the same will start by end of the year 2020.
On the work front, Saif was last seen in 'Dil Bechara' . He will next be seen in Yash Raj's 'Bunty aur Babli 2' starring Rani Mukherjee, Sidhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh alongside him. The film is a sequel to 2005 film 'Bunty aur Babli'.
Arjun was last seen in 'Panipat'. He will next be seen in 'Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar' alongside Parineeti Chopra. The film was scheduled to release before Covid-19 but the release has now been postponed.
He will also be seen in a cross border love story which also stars Rakul Preet Singh, John Abraham and Aditi Rao Hydari, the shoot for which resumed last month.
