Vice President and US presidential candidate Joe Biden has expressed his condolences to India's ex-president Shri Pranab Mukherjee family who passed away on Monday.
He said Shri Pranab Mukherjee is a devout public and valued the India and USA relationship very much. He and his wife Jill offered their payers to Pranab's family and the people of India.
He tweeted "President Shri Pranab Mukherjee was a devout public servant who believed deeply in the importance of our two nations tackling global challenges together. Jill and I are saddened to hear of his passing — our prayers go out to his loved ones and the Indian people."
