Sitara Entertainment has been searching for the right director to handle the Telugu remake of Malayalam film, Ayyappanum Koshiyum.
The latest update is that Sagar Chandra has been roped in to direct the Telugu remake of the film. Apparently, he even signed the dotted lines recently.
Rana and Ravi Teja will be starring in the film. The original had Prithviraj and Biju Menon in the lead roles.
Sagar Chandra previous worked on Appatlo Okadundevadu and Ayyare. Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake will be his biggest film to date.
The official announcement regarding the lead cast and technical team will be made by Sitara Entertainment in the days to come.
