Earlier this month, Rajamouli planned a mock shoot of his ongoing film RRR. However, that did not happen as flying in numerous actors and maintaining proper safety standards ons sets proved to be too big of a challenge.
Incidentally, Rajamouli planned a regular shoot of RRR which was expected to commence very soon. But luck does not seem to be in his favour as the number of Coronavirus positive cases in Telangana is rising at a rapid rate.
Even Ram Charan and Jr NTR are reportedly not so keen to get back to shoot just yet. They suggested Rajamouli to take things easy at least for the time being.
So, Rajamouli was left with no other option but to cancel the initially planned shoot. The film will hit the floors only in 2022.
