Gunasekhar planned to do a film on Rs 200 crores budget with Rana Daggubati in the lead role. Suresh productions came onboard for the project. However, there were rumors that the film has been called off after the financial crunch that arose due to Coronavirus outbreak.
Condemning all the rumors, Gunasekhar confirmed that 'Hiranya Kasyapa' will definitely hit the floors.
"Waiting for normalcy to take things forward,$ he said. This suggests that the big-budget periodical will be hitting the floors sooner or later.
Needless to say, the producers will certainly be looking to revise the budget, given the current situation. More details about the project are yet to be revealed. Rana will also be seen in another periodic drama, 'Virata Parvam'.
