Actor Arjun Kapoor went on a virtual date with his fans supporting his sister's noble initiative Fankind!
Corona Virus has thrushed the economy with daily wage workers being affected the most. It has left them stranded without a livelihood. Many celebrities are donating and raising funds through various initiatives to help them cope up with this crisis. Arjun Kapoor helped her sister Anshula's fund raiser initiative Fankind by going on a virtual date with five of his fans and raised an amount of 5 lakhs out of it to be given to the daily wage earners.
Arjun shared a video of his virtual date on twitter and wrote, "On a virtual date with the kind ones. It was great chatting with you all Disha Naik, Himanshu Bindal, Chhavi Bhatnagar, Neety Thakkar, Purvi Goyal @GiveIndia @FankindOfficial"
Prior to this, Anshula had invited Arjun's fans to come and donate for this noble cause. She shared a note on her instagram on April 7, "Virtual dinner date with @arjunkapoor to help with #Covid19 relief. With the help of @give_India, we at @fankindofficial and @arjunkapoor have come together to help provide cash in hand to daily wage workers who have lost their livelihood due to the lockdown.This is our opportunity to truly help those less fortunate than us. 100% of your donation will go to the daily wager workers.
