Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal who is known for his amazing acting skills says that working in the horror genre was a learning experience for him. The actor believes that working in any other genre besides horror is much easy. Because doing horror scenes, one cannot surrender to the moment.
Conversing on the same, Vicky said, "Working in the horror genre was a learning experience for me. This was something I was not prepared for, at all. As an actor if I am doing any comedy, drama or emotional scenes, I can leave it to the moment. Because I know, I have rehearsed the scene and can feel about the upcoming scenes. So, I can surrender easily to the moment and create something.
But in horror genre, you already know everything beforehand what is going to happen next. I have to give a pre-planned reaction to the scene. Because it was very tricky and technical. I even use to ask the director about the background score. So that my reaction to any particular scene shouldn't look over the top or too subtle. It was like learning the whole new grammar for me, he added."
