Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker and actress Pooja Hegde are all praises for Akshay Kumar and forthcoming Good Newwz and its ensemble on social media.

Recently the makers of Good Newwz, starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh, dropped the first trailer of the goofy comedy revolving around IVF. And now the B-town cannot stop gushing praises for the film and its ensemble.

Panipat director Ashutosh Gowariker just took to his social media profile and wrote, “Just saw the #GoodNewstrailer!! Smart. Clever. Funny.  The four of you #KareenaKapoorKhan @diljitdosanjh @advani_kiara are at your GOOFIEST best!! And @akshaykumar YOU are on an UNSTOPPABLE roll!!! Its a #GoodNewwz for you @karanjohar all the WAY!!!”

After sharing the screen space with Akshay Kumar in Housefull 4, Actress Pooja Hegde is all praises. She wrote, “Have laughed so hard watching the #GoodNewwzTrailer…Congratulations on what’s gonna be a blockbuster guys @akshaykumar Rajkumar Bala seems to be on a roll…good luck @karanjohar @apoorvamehta18 @advani_kiara @diljitdosanjh can’t wait to watch d film”

The film, Good Newwz, is a directorial debut of Raj Mehta. The film revolves around two odd couple trying their hands at pregnancy with vitro fertilization but due to goof-up, their eggs and sperms get mixed, which cause a series of hilarious ramification and situations.

The film is directed by debutante Raj Mehta. It is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Shashank Khaitan. The story and screenplay are by Jyoti Kapoor.

Good Newwz in cinemas this Christmas, 27th December.
