Kingpin nabbed for exam paper leak

Gandhinagar, Dec 6 (IANS) Yashpal Solanki, believed to be the brain behind the leakage of the Lok Rakshak Dal (LRD) recruitment exam paper, was arrested by Gujarat Police on Thursday.

Solanki a.k.a Yahspal Thakore was nabbed from Virpur village in Mahisagar district. He is being brought to Gandhinagar for interrogation.

The examination was scheduled last Sunday.

Solanki, himself a candidate for the exams, went to Surat on Sunday and reached the examination centre. He fled after learning that the exam had been cancelled due to paper leak.

He used to work as a sanitary worker in the Urban Primary Health Centre at Warasiya in Vadodara.
