IIFL Holdings Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd, CLSA India Pvt Ltd, Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Pvt Ltd are the book running lead managers.
The equity shares will be listed on BSE and NSE.
