Four CRPF troopers injured in J&K grenade attack

Srinagar, July 28 (IANS) Four CRPF troopers were injured in a grenade attack by militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Saturday, police said.

Militants hurled a grenade at a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) patrol in Jawbrara village on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Pulwama, injuring four personnel, a police officer said.

The injured troopers have been shifted to hospital for treatment, while the area has been cordoned off for searches.
