New Delhi, March 8 (IANS) It was a pleasant Thursday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 13.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, the weather office said.

"The sky will be clear with mist in the morning," an India Meteorological Department official told IANS.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 89 per cent.

The maximum temperature for the day is expected to hover around 31 degrees Celsius.

Wednesday's maximum temperature was 28.7 degrees Celsius, which is the season's normal and the minimum was 14.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal.
