"The criminal acts of the accused were also boosting morale of terrorists against our country," the complainant said.
On February 21, members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the students wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and activists of the Left-leaning AISA clashed on the Ramjas College campus.
