New Delhi, July 6 (IANS) It was a cloudy Thursday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal, the weather office said.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m was 75 per cent.
"The sky will remain generally cloudy. There is possibility of rain and thunder towards evening and midnight," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) told IANS.
On Wednesday, the maximum temperature settled at 36.5 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, while the minimum was recorded at 29.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above average.
