New Delhi, May 17 (IANS) Puresight Systems, the distributor of US-based iRobot products in India, on Wednesday launched iRobot "Braava jet" -- a mopping robot -- in the country.
The mopping robot is available on e-commerce platforms at Rs 19,900 and with the launch offer of Rs 17,900 at iRobot flagship stores.
"As iRobot continues its push to address significant opportunities within the connected home, we are very excited to bring 'Braava jet' to the Indian market," said Colin Angle, Chairman and CEO of iRobot, in a statement.
"Braava jet" is designed to mop and sweep hard floor surfaces. It tackles dirt and stains in small spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, the company said in a statement.
It also comes packaged with a long-lasting lithium-ion battery, a battery charger and two of each type of cleaning pads -- wet mopping, damp sweeping and dry sweeping.
