The Stephen Constantine-coached side were previously ranked No.130 in the month of February. India have a total of 233 points, which is 11 lower than their previous month's total, when the board showed 244.
In the Asian Football Confederation rankings, India rose to No.19 amongst 46 teams, with Iran, ranked No.33 at the top.
Meanwhile, Argentina remained top of the pecking order while England dropped one spot to 14th from last month, reports Efe.
Reigning World champions Germany are the highest European nation in the list at No 3. Chile, winner of the last two Copa America tournaments, are fourth, with Belgium in fifth.
Portugal, who won the European champions in 2016, are eighth, two places behind France who they beat in last year's final, while Poland has risen to its best-ever ranking and is currently tied at No.12 alongside Wales.
Scotland are shockingly one place below Benin at 67th while Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are in 24th and 35th respectively. Italy find themselves placed below England at No.15.
