New Delhi, March 4 (IANS) Aimed at recognising innovative ideas for effective management of the educational administrative system at the district and block levels, a three-day national conference will begin here from Sunday.
Organised by National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA), the 'National Conference on Innovation in Educational Administration' will witness the participation of education officers from about 150 districts across the country.
The main objective of the programme is to recognise innovative ideas and best practices adopted by district and block level education officers for effective management of the educational administrative system at district and block levels, and ensuring institutional development and performance at school level, the Ministry of Human Resource Development said in a statement.
The conference will culminate with National Awards for innovation in educational administration to be presented by Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar.
