London, Jan 7 (IANS) Police have urged singer Ed Sheeran to "slow down" after hearing the lyrics to his new track "Castle on the hill".
Sgt Chris Harris, of Norfolk & Suffolk's Roads Policing, warned Sheeran to slow down, reports mirror.co.uk.
In the song, Sheeran, who released the track on Friday after a year-long break, sings "driving at 90 down those country lanes".
Hearing the song prompted Sgt Harris, a roads policing and firearms operations sergeant, to tweet Sheeran.
The tweet reads: "Drive To Arrive Ed Sheeran, know you want to get home but please slow down on Suffolk Roads Welcome Back Ed Driving At 90 Castle On The Hill".
The song, which is described as a "love song for Suffolk", is from his upcoming album Divide.
