Delhi based photographer displays his best

New Delhi, Aug 20 (IANS) Delhi based Nitin Panwar has captured the essence of innate scenic beauty through his stunning photography that is on display here.

The exhibition titled, "Landscape", organised by The Ashok is on here till August 21.

"It is not just about photography or following one's passion, it is my life. A lot of thought is spent before clicking each shot, the international award winning photographer told IANS.

He explained his process of photographing includes much more than just pressing the trigger.

"First, I compose each shot in my mind and then focus on capturing it exactly through my camera. It (photography) is the reason for my travel. Whenever I am travelling, I simply go out and explore the place, trying to search an interesting and unique landscape which I can capture," he said.

"For me, photography is an art of capturing the goodness of nature and finding and expressing the vibrant beauty that it possesses. It has been 35 years now and I can say that I have covered almost every landscape at different locations in the country and yet it always feels like there is still a lot to be captured, nature is magnificent," he explained.

The three-day 'Landscapes' solo show displays an array of mesmeric landscape photographs from the artist's best series.

Pawar is the winner of the prestigious gold medal of the Photographic Society of India, All India Salon 2016.
