Himachal assembly session from August 22

Shimla, Aug 1 (IANS) The six-day monsoon session of the Himachal Pradesh assembly will commence on August 22, Speaker Brij Bihari Lal Butail said on Monday.

The session will have five sittings, with a holiday on August 26.

"Apart from other legislative business, one day has been kept for private members' business," he said in a statement.

The session will conclude on August 27.
